The Tokyo Motor show is a biennial spectacle, regarded as one of the largest and most diverse events in the automotive calendar. Taking place in Mazda's home country, the brand places special emphasis on their expo and commissioned us to create a short documentary about the experiences of real Mazda owners as their opening film.
We followed the stories of 3 Mazda owners from different parts of the world, exploring their love for driving and how their Mazdas are integral to their lives. From Exmoor to Melbourne we were able to capture the diversity of Mazda owners whilst reflecting the quality and luxury aspects of the brand.
The film was shot for an aspect ratio of 1:4 to fit the exacting specifications of the custom screen at the Mazda stand at the Tokyo Motorshow.
